Big Little Lies was great, but it was 2017.
Ozark season 2 was ordinary, after a decent first season.
I haven't seen Sharp Objects yet, but am keen.

Handmaids Tale was terrible. No surprise the story has gone completely off the deal end as soon as they deviated from the source material
And TD hasn’t
2 excellent episodes in one season doesn’t make up for mundane episodes that was wrapped up in a 10 minute flashback ? At least HT02 kept me engaged

Oh i'm not saying True Detective was good. Just that I think there has been a dearth of quality television entertainment this year.
Babylon Berlin, Umbrella Academy and End of the ****ing World are my three favourite shows of the past 12 months or so.

Its back. I dont think Nic Pizzolatto is writing it this time but he is still listed as a producer.
I did notice a couple of easter eggs featuring the spiral motif from season 1
This is identifcal to the one from season 1 I think.
Now im speculating that Rust might appear again which would be epic. He did live in Alaska too.
I'm not sure how excited I can get for this show anymore...

God, the acting in that trailer was hollow as ****. I'll give it a chance as I love True Detective but it does not look positive.
Nothing can compare to the first one. But , without a doubt they are all quality that are worked on long and hard and slow seriously putting together the direction of the story, no soap opera do an episode a day, hah!
It will be good, but no 2 was not up to it, and three sort of left you with a lot of happenings and no real result! But that's the quirkiness of them.
No.1 will be a classic forever.
