i honestly think that this will be said, maybe not a headline but when interviewed afterwards i believe he will say it.

i believe that the tigers have a player in mind that they would like at the club and that they think he'll still be around at 13, hence the polak deal going through.

i dont know who the player is but GM and TW must be confident they can get him with the later pick. Names like Armitage and Riewoldt have been floated around but as much as i would like either of those players at the tigers (Armitage especially) i think it'll be some-one we all expect to go in the 2nd round or late 1st round.

most believable 1 i have heard so far. I have heard now that laidley has no say on their picks their list manager ands some other jerk do it without his opinion. any truth to that???

Kevin Sheedy was today institutionalised after being diagnosed with dementia.
Today will pick number 2 he picked up Spriggs who was recenlty delisted from the sydney swans. After the draft when sheedy was asked why he used such a high pick on a 26 year old hack, he replied, Mark Bolton has been doing so well for us over the past 9 years i though i would pick a similar player,(an athlete who can play footy to save themselves) I think he will be like alvey for us, play 2 senior games then get delisted, im excited to have him on our team.
