Hello Cats Fans,

I have recently been thinking about the lead up to the finals and all of the issues facing the Cats over the next couple of months.

I have been trying to figure out if we have solved our 2nd tall forward issue with Lonergan, whether Blake can cut the mustard as a (2nd) ruckman under finals heat, who exactly are our biggest challengers this September, etc, etc.

Then I realised the following:
  • We are 16-1
  • We are 2 and a half games clear on top of the ladder
  • Two weeks ago we disposed of the 2nd placed team by 10 goals by blowing them off the park after half time
  • Last week we disposed of the 3rd placed team in a game in which the following happened:
    - we only played patches of our best footy
    - we were without 4 All Australians from the opening bounce (including the raging Brownlow favourite and league's best player in Ablett, the league's best tagger in Ling and probably the league's most underrated player in Milburn)
    - we lost another All Australian halfway through the 2nd quarter when he was having a blinder (Chapman)
    - and we were without one of our most important runners (Wojak)
  • Then after this happened, I had the pure unadulterated pleasure of watching Hawthorn fans (plus their ridiculously annoying coach) whinge and complain about how "we woz robbed" and "the umps hate us" and "no really, our gameplan is rock solid and we don't need a plan B" and "see you in September, even though this game was clearly our best chance to beat Geelong and we still couldn't win".
At this point I realised that footy life is pretty bloody good at the moment, and I should move on to tackling the really big issues, namely:

Which is better, chocolate or strawberry Quik? I personally am a fan of chocolate Quik, however I am a bit of a traditionalist. I would be interested to know if there were any lovers of Strawberry Quik amongst us. Or maybe there are even some wild and crazy Cats who love the scarcely available Banana Quik.

As I said, I am tackling the big issues......:thumbsu:

Strawberry. The irony is I was about to make one.

If I could I'd make Blue Heaven but where do you buy that ****ing topping?

HAHA some very interesting points you make on the footy, but when you stop and think about it...........................it has to be chocolate:D

I've just discovered caramel flavoured milk. Delicious stuff. :thumbsu:

Got me wondering though....if I was to buy some chocolate milk and some caramel flavoured milk, and mixed them, would the resulting drink taste like Mars bars?

BANANA!! I'm a bit of a banana freak though.

Otherwise I'll go with the conservatiove's choice of chocolate.

And mix them together, and the result is one of the best flavoured milks ever!
