Multiplat Hitman: Absolution

Finished this game recently, laughed at the last two targets being some of the easiest to get silent assassin on. Also managed to crack 100 challenges, I doubt I'll go back and do them all again for more but it was fun anyway.

Had this on my PS3 for ages thanks to PS Plus, finally gotten around to playing it.
I must say i'm really enjoying myself it's quite addictive.
Playing on the hardest difficulty which is pretty intense at times, if you get spotted you are basically f'ed =P
No map/radar and no player activated checkpoints in this difficulty as well.

Up to mission 6 atm the one where you have to collect all the fuses.
Probably had to restart this mission 20+ times now as i keep messing up somehow...

This game is free at the moment on 360 if you have a gold membership. I downloaded it straight away and am enjoying playing it again, i am finding it more enjoyable this time round than when it first came out. I wouldn't be against another one being made.

I've been playing Hitman 2 and contracts and I must say, as much as I enjoyed Absolution, if they make another one they MUST make it like those ones, they're incredible games.

Hitman blood money was also brilliant.

An open world will be interesting. I like the idea if it and now i know it's already in development it's my most anticipated game. The Hitman series has yet to disappoint.

People are saying this is brilliant? I am sorry, but the checkpoint system for me is extremely flawed. It defeats the whole purpose of them when everything you did prior to activating one resets. I have just started the game and in the mansion i took out the chef, got his disguise and hid him in the container in the kitchen before eventually making my way up the stairs for the sleeping pills and activating the checkpoint. I made a mistake and got myself noticed downstairs (by slamming a guys head into the piano no less) so i decided to restart, which spawned me up in the bathroom with the chefs outfit on. Anyway, i made my way downstairs and the whole sequence where the chef tells the guard to go away restarted. Absolutely bizarre and a real blight on what looks to be a solid game otherwise.
