He's alright... He made the finals (and won one) last year, and realistically, I believe that he would have made the finals this year if Fev and Brown had've been fully healthy the whole year.
I know that they only missed a handful of games each, but both of them probably spent another half a dozen games clearly hampered by injury.
He's clearly not great, but I wouldn't be so quick to judge him a failure.

Can't be too critical on Voss as a coach, but his drafting is questionable.
Brisbane were on the back foot from round 5 onwards when they were hit by injuries, injuries to key players would affect any club.
