As a uni student I have heaps of time on my hands, more than enough time to hit the gym 3-4 times a week, socialise, see family and get as much bigfooty time in as I want .
But next year I join the real world . This means working five days a week with anywhere from 40-65 hour weeks depending on the time of year. Now I am a little concerned that due to these long working hours my ability to hit the gym a reasonable amount each year while maintaining a social life and BIGFOOTY!.
To compound matters what happens when I have a family , then its work, kids, gym, social life and BIGFOOTY!
To those at the second two stages in life how do you maintain a balance and what is your "time assigned" to each, plan?
