How Do You Like Your Steak?

I love a good steak. I love rib eye and scotch fillet, porterhouse is decent and the old t-bone with mushroom sauce is a pub classic.

I always get medium rare in developed countries. Love it.

In less hygienic places I will get my meat cooked more thoroughly.

So, how do you like your steak BF??

A lot of places seem to produce something closer to medium when you order medium rare. If they overdo a rare slightly you still have medium rare anyway.

I can't understand people who have medium well or well done.

I'm the guy that goes rare or even blue.

Usually rare because places over-cook it, if you ask for medium rare.
