In light of players performances to date and assuming Palmer is going to GWS i have come up with my best 22 for next year
From round 21 team Out:
Crowley, Faulks, Hinkley, Pearce
In:
Mundy, McPhee, Morabito, DeBoer
As much as playing guys out of position may have helped their development - we need a settled and balanced side if we are going to go to top 4 level!
For round 22 onwards I reckon we are now only 2 players from our best 22 based on how people have played over the last 2 years and team balance! Whilst a few may be a bit underdone the time for that excuse is over. I really reckon of the LTI list only Deboer and Mora would get back into our 22
FB: Suban Silvagni Grover
HB: Ibbotson McPharlin Broughton
C: Fyfe Mzungu McPhee
HF: Mayne Pavlich DeBoer
FF: Johnson Clarke Ballantyne
Ruck: Sandilands Mundy Barlow
Lower, Duffield Hill Morabito
Harvey needs to get the old game plan back out from the bottom draw dust it of put players in the position they play best and back them in.
3 rounds we need at least 2 wins to be a chance to make finals 3/3 would guarantee it. I worry about the mental state of some of our older players when the pressures on - if we had 22 Matt Deboer's in the team we'd be a shoe in!!
