How long do these 2 guys wait before they give Ken his marching orders? That loss was on his failure at selection, and failure to develop the players skill level. I dunno... I felt a lot of our coaching issues were corrected for long enough to allow the players to win it. Ken just needs to stop reverting to type and to start with what works instead of waiting a quarter or more.

We dropped Impey for a week, we are getting better at tough calls

Need a review of the football department which was the basis for success in 2014. We lost Richardson who provided the tactics, gained Walsh. Lost Walsh, who provided the tactics. We have been shit since.

Ken has a lot to answer for but we have a 6th-10th list, and that's before we stick half a dozen kids into the cauldron of an elimination final.

He must see something we don't. He has repeatedly let us down this year. How long does that continue for? Will be interested in Impey's average stats for the season. I'm sure they won't be impressive and it seems hard to justify why he has been an almost certain selection for most of the year.

Crows list aint great especially with the players they have lost over the last 6 to 7 years, the draft sanctions they were handed, death of their coach. But they have structures in place that make us look extremely ordinary, and in a 2 team town, I hate the crows more than anyone can ever imagine. But I believe our list is as good, except our development, coaching and structures are far worse.
Its decision time for our board, executives and chiefs.

Nah I agree with op. Cheating umps aside, we have around 16 excellent players before the absolute nightmare inducing cliff. Players like Amon, Impey, and Boak. We can only exhale when they miraculously don't cough it up. When they do cough it up, it seems completely inevitable.

Just have to pray that Howard and Marshall come good. Both were shit tonight. We can only hope the experience left them better off.

Wouldn't we have to pay out the final year of his contract? I imagine that's money we don't have, and if we do have spare funds, perhaps the "Director of Coaching" or whatever is the way to go. Match day coaching from Walsh/Richardson may well have helped this year
