How many games will Carlton win for the rest of 2002?

How many games do you reckon Carlton will end up winning? With Hickmott (and maybe Kouta), back from injury... it might just lift the team's morale. Games against Geelong and West Coast are a real possibility, and we play Sydney again! If the Blues can manage to hold their own, and have a strong surge in the latter part of this season, we might have 3-5 more wins on the board. Would this be enough to avoid the spoon though? Does Carlton have any chance in the coming matches? Will Kouta inspire the team somehow? Will Brittian finally drop Mick "hack" Mansfield. Or will we wallow in the cellar at 2002's end, and get the club's first wooden spoon?

I am praying for the former! :(

All I can say is, as bad as it was to finish 14th last year, it was nice to get Chris Judd. I am not saying it was worth the embarrassment and loss of respect we earned, but it is nice to have Judd in our side. You'll be right.

I am caught between a rock and a hard place with this one. I know aren't going to win the flag and we are going to struggle to avoid getting the wooden spoon. So if we are going to finish so low, why not fully exploit the system and get the bonus priority picks ?? I don't want the spoon at all but if we are resigned to getting it, then why not extract the maximum benefit from it ??

Obviously the ideal scenario would be to finish 15th and still get the bonus picks !!
