I know a lot of young adults who just scab off parents and do not even pay any but i pay 50 bucks a week. Was just wondering what most people pay?

I pay no rent, but I pay the phone bill and I pay a share of all bills. The decision for me not to pay rent was made by my mother by the way. 
Anyways I'm moving out in a couple of months.
Before we moved, I paid $100 a week plus bills.

Starting to feel a little ripped off by my parents now 
i don't know of many who pay board!
50 is nothing compared to when you have your own place obviously but i think it's good for when i do move out as far having to put away a certain amount for rent each week.

Think about it, that money your paying now you could be putting away for when you do have to move out.
I scab and I'm proud of it.
I get paid to stay at home. My charm, intelligence and wit holds the roof up in our house, and without it, my parents would be reduced to nothing. In about March, I should be increasing my appearance fee to about $100 a week.

Used to be $100 a week. Mum felt guilty, so she reduced it to $50 a week. Still felt guilty, so its nothing.

Apart from stuff i buy for myslef, i only pay for my own mobile phone bill, and part of the groceries for family meals. If my mum expects more, tough.

When I lived at home my parents charged me $60 a week. I felt that was being a scab. I'm shocked to hear some of you pay nothing. Have you no shame. You'll get it back in your inheritance money anyway.
i'm forced to pay board... my mum hates me... i lost my job just before christmas and ever since then if i sleep in or forget to so something its, "you're living here board free"....

I pay $50 a week and feel a little ripped off as I hardly use anything. It doesn' t include food it just pretty much pays for the air con/heating that my sister leaves on in the morning before she goes to work, when nobody is home. She also puts her towels in the dryer whilst she's in the shower cuz god forbid she would have to use cold towels to dry her hair.
But in 6 weeks I'm moving into my own house with my own mortgage which I can't wait for. At least I'll know that the bills I'm paying is actually what I've used.

same i get that all the time even though i do pay
