You need an FTP program, I use WS_FTP95 LE(2) which I downloaded from somewhere (Tucows?)

I had that one to but the evaluation period ran out. The other one was free, provided you are a student of course.

Most all evaluation software can be (ahem) "free" if you're handy with a search engine or two
