Trade ended up being Jackson, Knobel and Wagner to Freo for Jefferson (2022 P13), Windsor (2023 P7) and about a quarter of Thulstrop (2023 P13, Melbourne traded up from their Pick 18 using our F2).

He isn't a flight risk like Harley Reid. If the hype is justified in a season or two he'll just nominate which Vic club he wants and Lathlain will just have to do a deal.

One player won't fix Lathlain's problems, they run far deeper. Once he is in the big league he'll soon learn his little fend off won't work against the big boys.
