Jeremy Sharp is a Gold Coast reject. He was delisted.

Id be worried if I were a Failmantle fan - now you’re starting to build a collection of rejects from bottom of the table clubs. Interesting strategy, don’t reckon it’s going to pay off.

The only way Cockburn’s scrap heap strategy makes any sense is by collecting these rejects they’re much more likely to stick around and the feeding cycle slows down to a much less laughable level. Still never going to win anything of course, but no one ever seriously believes they will anyway.

In all honesty Geoff I'd rather go for the quality stuff and have some of your limoncello. Did you end up making the cream version?

That has made me reminisce about all the fine food and restaurant talk we had going.

Ah, the limoncello, yes “Limoncello Pana” was a big hit, so big there’s not a drop left. I’ve got a batch of “Mandcello Pene” in the freezer waiting to head to tables for Chrissy. Increased the peel from 200 grams to 300 grams and smells great.

I do feel for him. Poor blokes been sold up the river with the club promising top 4 finishes and a flag while having not much to work with on the playing list. He was always on a hiding to nothing.

For that reason I hope you guys take it easy on him when the inevitable happens.

The whole goal of a coach is to get the best out of your players, if you can't that's on you.

Ross Lyon managed to make guys like Cam Sutcliffe, Nick Suban and Tendai Mzungu look like competent players.

If the list isn't performing it's on Longmuir, he's not a victim.
