Player Ratings are another guide that I'm happy for people to reference, but are averages only (as opposed to total output) and clearly have their flaws.

Otherwise, why would we see 3 of the top 9 players as per Player Ratings be from a team outside the top 8.

Conversely, the top team's highest rated player comes in at.... #23!

The top two teams have a single player between them in the top 20 of Player Ratings - Daicos at #17!

Bont not as good as Daicos. Daicos wins 2023 brownlow if not for injury. Runner up last season and he'll win it this year. He could of had 2 brownlows in 3 years. Hence the best player over the last 3 years and currently the best now.
