After being banned for a number of weeks I have finally been allowed to rejoin you and have a say.
Firstly I would like to thank Mead and Danny Green for their wrap up re scratch matches. Both were very informative especially when I have no hope of ever seeing any of these practices, due to living in Melbourne.
The Good: Its fabuous to see that both Juddy and Cus are in great touch and sounds like Staker (I liked the Buffy reference by the way) will be a major contributor in defence. One of the big pluses for me based on all the reports is the form of Coxy and Doogs.
The Bad: I have also been disappointed at the current form of Lynchy and Sampi. It sounds like both of them have not been as commited over summer as we would have liked. I hope that this is just a youth thing with Sampi and his fitness will improve quickly. With Lynchy I am not sure but I hope that he is at least given a chance over Wizard Cup to show his what he is made of (IMO he can not be as bad as Carroll).
The ugly. Well the injury toll seems to be growing and unfortunately its our talls that are most effected by this.
Finally I would like to agree with RIPPER (shock horror) in that I was somewhat disappointed not to see Daniel Kerr being included as part of the leadership group. I hope that this is because he would prefer to focus on his own footy rather then being denied the opportunity for some sinister reason (I am sure that this is not correct).
Let the season roll on....
