Why are you surprised?

Heck, a part of me hates humanity too due to some of the cruel and evil things we can do or have done. However, there is the other side of the ledger - we are capable of creating great things, have qualities like empathy and compassion and potentially making life better. In the end, I cherish humanity because I'm human and the positives outweigh the negatives - but that doesn't stop me from hating some of my fellow humans.

There will always be bad seeds - but they don't negate the good ones though. I don't know about Rough, but I'm human too so I can't hate humans in general, just specific mindsets, actions and attitudes.

Yes well everyone knows PETA are a bunch of morons, their actions border on terrorism and they are just a bunch of all around ****wits.

But i don't think one shitty orginisation is a good enough reason to hate everyone.

I'd rather hate people who do cruel things to humans and animals than them. They're royally ****ing up a noble message. I do agree with some of their views but their "in your face" attitude is actually getting people to ignore genuine welfare issues, hence they are actually making it worse for animals (and for us in fact, partly due to their forceful insistence).
