If you combine our first and our last quarters together, we outscored Brisbane 13. 5 83 to 3.5 23!

Considering how dominant we were in that first and at some points in the second quarter, I'm sure every Carlton supporter will agree, it was painfully frustrating to watch Brisbane pile on the goals in the third when we should have had a comfortable lead. But to come back the way we did in the last term and pile on 6 goals to nill was without a doubt the best quarter of football I've seen us play since 01!

I couldn't see Geelong having a better last quarter then we did and if we can get over the mental hurdle that says, "we'll take our foot off the accelerator and wait til the 4th till we turn it on," we'll be a darn good side.

With players like Gibbs, Murphy,Kreuzer all maturing each game and Juddy looking close to 100% fitness, we no doubt have exciting years ahead.

Hopefully next year, we will consistently be playing the way we do in the fourth term every quarter and finally press for a top 8 spot!

If we played 3 qrts of football like our grand last quaters, we would more like be close to a Top 4 side actually even premiers!! However we just not that consistent like Geelong and North in the last 6 games

Stats will show that our most dominant quarter is our first. Rarely lose a first quarter, though our fourth aren't much worse.

What the hell happens during the middle two, I've got no idea.
