And is there a reason why we should scrap it? I would have thought ins and outs were an important part of naming the team.

Hmm I think I am going to go with: Your only asking because you did it this round.
But we should have a poll for who thinks there should be a top 4 not a top 5 for next season. Because we shouldn't really have top 5 in a top 8 comp I wouldn't have thought. Just my opinion.

It makes changing the team SO much easier. The rule will stay, you(we) got off with a warning.

As someone who has previously run the comp I have to say IF this had been added when I was running it then my job would definately have been much easier.
I do not believe the game used has been changed drastically since I was involved and, as such, remember that having to check REALLY closely every time was a hassle. Change in positions was really simple but making sure the right PLAYERS were swapped was where the time disappeared. Simply listing who a captain has changed takes VERY little time (remembering I have also been a captain) and it makes the admin job that much easier.
Overseeing the running of the comp is no walk in the park, simple rules like this (which really is not difficult for captains) is one small way of helping ease the burden!

As a former admin, I'll also say that it makes it easier, but think it should be more a courtesy thing than a mandatory one.

I think that we should keep this. Admins know exactly who is in and who is out without having to give up more of their time to sift through teams to see. I can't see the problem in posting IN:/OUT: if it's going to save someone a load of time.
