Great defending but looked pretty ordinary on the ball, will have to be much better against the USA or we'll get slammed. Izzo definitely a highlight, he's been watching a bit of AFL which is not necessarily a bad thing. Took the big marks and the pack marks, something Ryan has never learned. Underwhelming performance, but some positives in the second half when the line up changed.

That’s a great win, similar side to us away from home and we absorbed the pressure well then much better when the game opened up (and Bos came on).

Irankunda strong chance to get sent off in a World Cup game. Overall some good signs, another good test against the Yanks on Wednesday.

It's an interesting discussion. I would still opt to play Argentina if that's what has been lined up.

Staying in pot 2 is nice but it doesn't guarantee us an easier group.
