Cullen - Maybe/No
Hodge - yeah, should be a permanent one-day player
Cosgrove - Too fat, when he drops a couple of pounds yeah
Watson - NO!!! MOST OVERRATED PLAYER EVER
Katich - Past his use-by date
Dorey - .......PASS
Hopes - Maybe

Cosgrove in a couple of years I think will be a very good player for us, Hodgey yes, I'll give Cullen a bit more time as well, no for the rest.

CULLEN-Doubtful, let that cap in Bangladesh get to his head
HODGE-Possibly, needs 2-3 more to totally convince me
COSGROVE-Certainly, but someone please keep him away from the Big Macs or whatever else it is that he gorges on.
WATSON-Not for ODI's, but may have a future in the test arena batting 7 and 1st or 2nd change bowler.
KATICH-Time has passed him by
DOREY-No, and others are well ahead of him anyway
HOPES-Not with his bowling, and I doubt he can get by on his batting alone.

Good place for it!

CULLEN - Was Yes, now No, may be Yes again one day
HODGE - Yes
COSGROVE - Yes
WATSON - Yes, up the order in ODIs, 5th bowler in combination with the part-timers
KATICH - He once was, but way No
DOREY - Why is he in this list? Hes not the best quick in his state!
HOPES - No Hopes

Dan Cullen

Definitely not at the moment, but is a chance to be in the future. Needs to go back to bowling in first class mode in the FC games rather than trying to restrict.

Brad Hodge

Yes, he is. But it is a case of whether the selectors will persist with him if he can't find consistency, particularly due to the fact there are probably better options in terms of age.

Mark Cosgrove

Has the ability to be international standard, but needs to develop consistency. Isn't a case of weight when it comes to how capable he would be against the world's best, rather a case of how determined he is to make big innings.

Shane Watson

Yes, very much so with his batting. Bowls good enough pace, but needs to find some sort of way to change up his bowling, whether it be swing, seam movement or a good slower ball.

Simon Katich

Yes, was probably hard done by to get dropped from the one day side, but I still think he is a test quality batsman.

Brett Dorey

Quite possibly could be if he was 10km/h quicker, but at this speed he isn't, no.

James Hopes

Bits and pieces player, has to focus on one discipline, preferably his batting, and make the other a bonus. Not good enough to do both, and it will cost him.

Cullen- Maybe prob no
Doery- No
Hodge- Yes
Katich- Times over for him
Cosgrove- Yes in the next 1-2 years
Watson-Yes
Hopes-prob the last all rouder to pick from after Symonds, White, Watson IMO

Cullen - No
Hodge - Yes
Cosgrove - Maybe, if he lays off the cheese burgers
Watson - NO, 2nd worst Aussie player ever
Katich - No, the worst Aussie player ever
Dorey - No
Hopes - Maybe, as a fill in for an injured Cam White

Katich is getting a bit of a rough go here. Probably won't play for Aus again but would be a handy one day or even test batsman if needed.

Cullen - No
Hodge - Not really. On the fringe.
Cosgrove - Is fat
Watson - Not just yet
Katich - Not now, was.
Dorey - LoL, no
Hopes - Hopeless

At the present time;

Cullen- No (Won't be ready to play tomorrow)
Hodge- Yes (As far as I'm concerned, he's proved that)
Cosgrove- Yes (Overweight, but has plenty of ability)
Watson- Yes (The selectors are aware)
Katich- No (He won't get any more chances, past it)
Dorey- No (Not up to it)
Hopes- No (See Dorey)

But that's just my opinion - get on with it!

Never, Yes, Definately, Yes, Yes (Shame the role of grafter in ODI cricket is dead), God No, Not yet

Cullen: There is a chance, but only if injuries or he rapidly improves over the

Hodge: Should be in the test side (was unlucky to get dropped), not too sure about ODI's, but he'll go to The WC.

Cosgrove: If he loses weight, gets his form back, he's definately capable of representing Australia, and being successful at it.

Watson: Nope, Test & ODI's, give Watson the heave-ho

Katich: No Way! So glad he's been given the arse from both sides, what a hack international cricketer

Dorey: Why is he even on this list?

Hopes: See Dorey.
