The Friend eggs haven't been limited to Alolan species for ages, you can get normal, good Mon from them.

For whatever reason a 2400 CP Blissey was down the street after I left to go to work this morning. Took a few berries and ultra balls but I got that SOB.

These days I'm steadily filling my Dex and managed to save up 1500 coins through gyms. Now and then I expand my bag or Pokemon capacity but I haven't decided anything big to spend the coins on.

I am the same, I have my shiny Sneasel but no new shinies for this event.

was playing around with the new buddy feature, feeding my mon with berries, then took a snapshot. had a smeargle photobomb my snapshot and then was able to catch it.
Surprised me, didnt know that was a thing, but havent been able to replicate it since.

He can appear once a day. Every time you open your camera he has a chance to appear within thw first 10 shots. You'll know he's appeared as the little circle 8n the corner will flash 3 times instead of one. If he doesn't appear in those first 10 shots you have to close out of the camera and repeat the steps.

Don't mind the new battle system. Even though I never cared for PvP battling, it's good fun just playing against a few random people for something else to do.
