Are they? You tell me Jane. Have you heard any statements from the arab militia in Sudan using religon to justify their actions. Did the author in question provide any statements as evidence that the arab militia are committing this genocide 'in the name of religon'.

A true war on all terror would include many places in Africa and across the world ....why interfere in Iraq and why not fight battles through the UN?

The fact that we will let other dictators rule and murder thousands again raises the question...why just Iraq?
