Is Pavlich the Key?

Well I heard Pavlich has not ruled out leaving Dockers at the end of his contract which expires in 18 months. I reckon he knows he made a bad choice. Unless if it was money he was after. However I personally believe by the time he is out of contract he will easily have 3 good years left in the tank and at that time we would be a competitive team which could compete for a flag. Is he the missing link in our success? Sends a tingle down my spine to one day picture Pav in a Crows gurnsey with Walker and Tippo up forward.

Not sure if it would be realistic for Pav to come to Adelaide in a trade end of season? What would you give up? Obviously Dockers will be looking to rebuild and would want youngsters

To be honest i wouldn't want him even if we could get him.

Firstly we would give up way too much for him.
Secondly we finally have 2 awesome forwards in Tippett and Walker, let's develop them.
Thirdly I don't want him to go to Port though.
Would rather a vic club pick him up.

Only take Pavlich at a price that only suits the AFC, otherwise a waste of time at his age and what we will have on offer by then, look at the Wayne Carey situation.

Maybe we could promise to trade McLeod back to Freo in about 3 years time, seems a fair trade to me.
