I am having issues with my Microsoft outlook account... Whenever I try to log in I get a notification explaining I've entered the wrong password too many times hence I'm unable to access my account... Another issue is the secondary email I have linkd to my account is now inactive...Frustratingly, I'm unable to update my secondary email address because it keeps saying I have been timed out.
I have to continuously confirm my I.D & wait for more than 24 hours until I receive an email from the no-reply Microsoft support team and then they tell me when I.D has been confirmed and they give me an auto email message with a password reset... I go to the password reset, set a new password and then I'm able to log in... But then when I try to log in using the new password on a different device, it tells me I have entered the wrong password too many times... Because I don't have an active secondary email address linked to my primary account, I have no option but to go through the entire process again to confirm my I.D & wait another 24 hours to have it confirmed...Rinse & repeat!!!
I can't contact their customer support team because they ask me to sign in... I can't ****ing sign in you mother ****ers because you keep telling me my ****ing password has been entered incorrectly too many times... nah **** that... Do these dumb ****s have an actual customer service email address so someone can actually help me?????
