Lol no chance.
North would understandably be pissed off though, when he pulled the pin last year he said that he wanted to play with his mates at his junior club and get out of the AFL bubble.

Don't you understand , North get no compo or draft picks if he is picked up this year. Not sure North would care at all. Why would they?
I thought if you retired you had to wait a certain number of years before you could come back (to prevent players "retiring" to get out of their contract).Don't you understand , North get no compo or draft picks if he is picked up this year.
He retired and it's been a year so there's nothing there for North but North could have traded him last year if he didn't retire.I thought if you retired you had to wait a certain number of years before you could come back (to prevent players "retiring" to get out of their contract).

He had next to no value anyway, it really hasn't screwed North at all.He retired and it's been a year so there's nothing there for North but North could have traded him last year if he didn't retire.

Yeah could have received pick 167 for him.He retired and it's been a year so there's nothing there for North but North could have traded him last year if he didn't retire.
That would actually fit the criteria as restraint of tradeI thought if you retired you had to wait a certain number of years before you could come back (to prevent players "retiring" to get out of their contract).
