Wish we had rated him 3rd....St Kilda had him rated top 5 or so so his interview with us must not have been too bad.

What do you mean? We had pick one and then pick 20?Wish we had rated him 3rd....
3rd rounder should get it done, right?
he does have a real affection for the club's message doesn't heYep. Just Callum Twomey filling his quota of Essendon articles for the week. He is like a one man clearing house on speed dial.

the fact he is good helps him. But as an EFC supporter seeing his work is a bit like talking to your EFC supporting mate - you know you're going to like what you hearHe makes no bones about being an avid Essendon supporter. He is almost Blitz level.
That is fine for his twitter or whatever, but his employer(the AFL), needs to have a word to him that he is employed to have equal interest in 18 Clubs.
He is the go to man employed by the AFL in an area that 18 clubs supporters have interest.
Twomey is quite good. He is not(yet) grating, like a lot of media types. But a word to straighten up a bit wouldn't go astray imo
Seems very odd that his season is over and is still yet to sign though. There's obviously something going on there?More confident that this kid will be at the dons this year than the sun coming up tomorrow.
Now that BrianSpeaking has spoken and has said that Laverde to the Saints is a lock, I'm geting really worried.
With the Saints also locks to get Prestia, O'Meara and L.Weller this off-season, I guess we'll have to settle for a 5th rounder.

Didn't hear anything from Brian, just going off what they are saying in the media.
What would Essendon expect for him?
Went after Jack Steele in the draft and averaging less touches so wouldn't be worth as much you wouldn't think. Next years second?
Don't see how it can "almost" be a "lock", but anyway. He said ALMOST (in capital letters) a "lock", so if you're going to tell lies you might want to tell ones that aren't so easy to disprove. Also haven't heard anyone say anything all year about us being even interested in Prestia, so I doubt he said anything of the sort.
Would prefer to keep LaverdeBillings & 3rd. Thanks.
Would you be happy with a future 2nd for Acres? averaging the same as he did in his second year.Didn't hear anything from Brian, just going off what they are saying in the media.

My personal favourite was the time he adamantly declared that Luke Beveridge had not even interviewed for our head coaching position because he was overseas. A day later, our new coach was announced.Yeah, I probably made up the Prestia one. Gets hard to keep up with him though. Lachie Weller to St.Kilda; signs a new Freo contract. Said that Jamar wouldn't sign with Essendon; signed 3 days later. There's many, many more. But go on and believe him if you want... he's like our Fogdog, except that Fogdog occassionally got one right.
Article basically contradicts itself by saying he loves the club. Staying.

Although, there was also the time where he came onto the Dogs board to exclaim that Boyd hadn't requested a trade anywhere, with the deal going through hours later...
