I'd think it would be pretty important for her lawyer to know what the cause of death was given she's believed her life was in danger for some time and the efforts she went to in recordings "I am not suicidal".

From memory she was accused (not sure if it was anything beyond that) of helping to procure girls for Epstein alongside being a victim herself, I think that was largely how he operated though, convinced young girls from low income areas to rope their friends in for cash.

If I was a rich and powerful person who wanted Virginia dead, I would have had her killed before she had an extraordinarily high public profile, a photo of her with Prince Andrew was released, Epstein was arrested, imprisoned and committed suicide, Maxwell was arrested and imprisoned, the Epstein documents were released, and the royals settled for millions.
