And you would hope so too given the experience of Vlastuin, Balta, Short, Broad in comparison to what North Melbourne had back there tonight.
How do you have 9 years now out of finals, and in the last 8 drafts you've been picking players before most other clubs..
And outside of Xerri and Larkey your talls at either end are Comben, Dawson, Coleman-Jones, Pink, Corr, Logue. Utter garbage key back stocks.

Whitlock and W.Dawson... No pressure boys. Just the future of the NM backline on your shoulders.

In a season where the games have very rarely been the highlight, this would be very cool to see - and it’s a chance to happen.

Could easily see him kick 6+ against all of Port, Essendon (Darcy and Naughton kicked 6+ on Friday) and Richmond. If he jags 3-4 against Sydney it’ll make finals even more interesting.

You have Richmond as well.

He's a massive chance.
Averages 6.5 vs Port/Essendon this year and they'll be at GMHBA, plus are losing by big big margins lately.

Kicked 4 against Richmond, it's at the G and they've been slightly more competitive lately.

The ones I'm eyeing potential 8+ against are the first two more than the latter.

Geelong will be hoping goals are spread evenly to hedge risk going into finals. Getting the century for Jezza would be a monumental performance in this era, and simultaneously reduce Cat's Premiership chances.

WTF Just watching the highlights...that was the easiest 10+ goal haul I've ever witnessed.
Embarrassingly easy. Neither Cameron nor Cats will get ahead of themselves over what happened last night

If Geelong enter a grand final with Cameron within reach of 100, would the MCC, Vicpol and AFL make more of an effort to prevent a pitch invasion than for Franklin's 1,000th? Some Saints fans have said that running onto the field for Fraser Gherig's 100th goal in the 2004 prelim cost St Kilda the initiative and the game. Cats fans, would you risk it during a final or a grand final?

I wouldn't really like it in a final, although it's pretty sad to use it as an excuse as they did there. I don't think Cameron would want it either, even in H&A.

If he's close the Cats will rest him or play him in defense or something. The AFL wide obsession with team first at the expense of all personality and life. Same reason players come straight to the bench after kicking a goal. God forbid a player kick 2 goals in a row, the team would never recover.

"Yeah nah mate I'm happy to finish on 99 goals, full credit to the boys, team effort across the board. A real even spread."

I hope he gets it (prefer that he doesn't kick a bag against the Tiges). His 11 on the weekend though were far from a master class on how to play the key forward role. He kicked most of his goals through playing out back with no one near him or the ball landing at his feet. He still has to kick them but geez North were deplorable. Surely Port, the Tiges and was it Essendon as the soft kills sides will not be as bad. Famous last words I know.

Regardless, would be great to see someone get to the 100. Shame it has to be a Cats player but thems the breaks I guess.
