Trust me it doesn't, was just passing it on.That shouldn't give you any confidence, Goss is disliked by just about all in the footy world and his view is more often about being first rather than accurate.
Translation=leak more hot air out of his arse.
Yep sounds accurate now.Gossage back peddled today on SEN and reckons Hogan is 100% staying put in Melbourne. He'll release more next week..fwiw
As much of a bell end as the bloke is, you wouldnt think he would be so confident without some sort of info would you?
Why will it take him a week to give us the insight? Because he needs to read up on forums and piece together his own story.
Im a swinging voter on this topic. By all accounts, including people I have spoken to, he is coming, but not many big name players leave their clubs, and the Demons will be putting a lot of resources into trying to convince him to stay.
Hadnt heard that rumour. If the rumours are true and his father is sick then it won't matter how much money they chuck at him (or resources).
Trust me it doesn't, was just passing it on.
I think it's also for bragging rights, he gets it right, he can tell people he called it, gets it wrong and no one remembers what he said.

Oh, I hope that is not true but it was what lead big Griff to our club.

Total life ban from BF please mods!Wow. How could we have let clive go..we could have made finals without Clive ))
More information please as I have not heard any news on this from any media source .If the rumours are true and his father is sick then it won't matter how much money they chuck at him (or resources).
I have been on the Melbourne Hogan site and asked about the rumour , they have confirmed that Hogans dad is not well and that Jessie has been visiting him on a regular basis . Their supporters are saying that even though he is visiting the west they think he will stay on Melbourne's list but the rumour mill is going crazy .Half say staying half saying he is gone already .
Its true, but its not Beams style where he needs to be home with him or anything like that. Hogans decision wont be based on it. Journos are aware of it. There are certain things they dont release in the media for player welfare etc However, when they realised he was in Perth a few weeks back they made a huge deal about it, because they hadn't realised hes actually been going every 2/3 weeks for a very long time
Gerard Healy regularly goes surfing with Jones, Hogan and Harmes down at Torquay. Healy has said that the talk about Hogan and Fremantle is surprising because Hogan himself hasn't even considered moving clubs or even made talks with Freo. This aside he is gonna stay but it will be a smaller deal in regards to the amount of years
Jay Clark on MMM said he was certain Hogan would stay and hes had good mail on the Dees for a while
I'm not sure who Jay Clark has been talking to this season but he was first to break the Oliver story tonight. He was also the first to break the Jayden Hunt news last weekend. He knew OMac would play ahead of Dunn in Round 1. Jay Clark is definitely well connected with the club and he thinks Hogan is 98% likely to stay. I'm pretty comforted by that.
