I'd hardly call it a "chance" or a "fail". He won two VFL B&F's whilst with North, including a Liston medal, but never got selected because he clashed with Laidley due to an "incident".

He's further ahead than many on our list.

I am mates with a player on the kangas list and have met jez a couple of times through him. so... I have followed his progress a bit this year.

from what I have seen he's a fair player and it'd definately be worth an afl club having a shot at him as I have said on here in various other threads. that said, I don't think that club should be us as we already have enough of his type player.

I think he could bring something different to the midfield/half-forward.

Our midfield group (Tenace aside) are quite similar types, Jez is a bit different.

I'd love to see him get a chance, but i think he may have missed the boat sadly.

Spot on, it was more disciplinary with Jez at North.

He is about the best footballer I have ever seen not playing at the highest level.
