I think Power is better than Bartel and if you asked me which one would you pick up if free it would be Bartel. However I wouldn't give up too much for Bartel as he is overrated and may not improve that much. You know what you are getting with Power.

Luke Power for sure. Luke is unsure where his future is which can make it easier for someone to negotiate a deal, especially if that deal is back home in Victoria and it would be icing on the cake to play along side his brother, whereas i believe Jimmy Bartel wants to stay at the Cats but just wants a bigger hip pocket. If Geelong were to say we won't meet your demands but well come as close as we can Bartel will stay IMO.

Power. Particularly if Power declares he's coming home, Collingwood would simply have to get him. After years of disappointment at trade week, here's a real chance to bury some of despair from past years and land a genuine big name to this club. It would be such a boost for club moral if we were to get Power to the club. And particularly if the alternative is Carlton, we are simply left with no choice but to move heaven and earth to get him.

Pick 5 & Jason Cloke or 3rd Round pick seems about right to me. We would be better off trying to get something else for Cole, such as Pick 7 from Essendon (very remote) or Sam Power from the Bulldogs.

Yes. Pick 2 for Power, Pick 5 for Bartell. Nothing else. Collingwood won't give up Pick 2, and nor should they.

Forget about Woewodin. Even Cole and Pick 21 wouldn't be enough. Pick 5 plus something would be enough for either. But unless we use Pick 2 as well, we'd have to settle for one of them.

No I think they will be about the same.
They will all want a deal involving pick 5.
Bartel is still young and hasn't proven to be a consistant A-grade player YET, so you know what you're getting with Power, even though we'll probably get 6 years of service from him.
