Joe Misiti and throwing

Has anyone else noticed how Joe Misiti refuses to handpass the ball and just gives it a little flick at best - I noticed it a lot last year and then I didn't see him do a proper handpass in the Ess v Geel game. There are so many throws allowed these days by the umps!

Anyone agree?
