Looks to either have suffered a strain or has had a recurrence of the soreness he experienced last season. Very unlikely to play this week.
Colin Sylvia groin injury Rnd 2 Rnd 4
Has groin soreness.

Travis Johnstone hand fracture Rnd 3 Rnd 9
Looks to have fractured his hand and will likely miss at least 6 weeks.

Hey guys, I know the pain you are going through. I got so frustrated last season. Stick by your team and cheer them on - on Sunday. At least your youngsters (I suggest that Daniher plays them) are getting valuable seniors experience ahead of time. It will be a tough season, but every team goes through with this at one stage or another. Last season, we could bearly field a team in the latter rounds of the season. With injuries, your youngsters can get the experience in which they require to excel in years to come. No one would have throught that the Lions would make the NAB Cup Grand Final nor be at the top of the AFL ladder with two rounds completed. We are now 3rd after a loss to the Swans. All in all, I hope all your injuried players have a speedy recovery and all the best with this season. Cheers.

Same - surprised it hasn't been reported today if it's kosher. Same with Moloney.

Its not true. Fagan came out today and said it was just precautionary scans and that he will line up against Freo. Here is the article:

Well it appear Johnstone doesn't have a broken hand will almost certainly play this week... if true that is great news.
