I watched the coburg vs werribee game today, and thought that most of the richmond boys played very well including rodan, hartigan till he got injured, limbach and kel moore, but i was most impressed with JON today and his courage to run back with the flight of the ball to take a grab. He showed some good skill and ran well off the half back line. I think that he could be a great player of the future for the tigers.

I was also extremely impressed with Limbach today. He didn't get many possesions, but his efficiency when he had the ball and in front of goal was terrific. He took some strong grabs and showed a bit of dash and i hope that the selectors give him a game in the next few weeks, just to give him a taste of AFL footy.

Thoughts?

I don't agree with your comments about JON Rava.

He looks good as he gets the ball and dodges the opposition but his disposal by foot yesterday was aweful. I didn't keep any stats but I am sure that he missed at least 6 targets and the turnovers were costly as well.

I've met JON a couple of times and he is a great young bloke who should be a ripper at Richmond so I am reluctant to criticise him but he really was terrible with his kicking yesterday and I am sure he is doing some skill practice as we type.

Limbach was sensational in a losing side yesterday and let us all hope that he gets the opportunity to show his stuff on the big stage shortly. Great marking skills and an accurate kick. I'd give him a go ahead of Cleve Hughes at the moment even though Cleve will be as big as Richo in the years to come.

Some of his kicking, after a mark or a freekick was straight to contest, which is more decision making rather than skill. But what I saw of his kicking when actually running out of the backline was very good! Infact in the last quarter some of his disposal on the run was superb, I didnt watch much of the first half, so maybe thats what you're talking about.

Yer i did notice that aswell, disposal was terrible, but plenty things to like about him coming off half back in the future when he puts on some bulk. Love the way he backs him self with his pace and agility.
took some big marks as well and isnt afraid to back into the pack
