Reckon that he was the right candidate for the vest. Just had an enormous impact after coming on with fresh legs. Might have struggled a little more if he played from the start, but with another preseason, watch out.

Honestly I saw this play early season in the VFL & thought we'd be duped, but his last 4-6 weeks have really shown his potential, lack of pace though could become an issue unless he can get his aerobic capacity up.

I reckon he has decent explosive pace. Has burst out of a few stoppages in games. Certainly more so than GHS or some of our older guys like Corey and Kelly.

I love the way he attacks thd ball,will be a gun when hd gets the fitness to play full games in midfield.

I would like us to get another couple of mids like him as our midfield is not what it once was.

Josh's game tonight was hugely encouraging, really injected some dash and intent.

Needs to be a starting midfielder from the first minute of round 1 next year and so does GHS for that matter. Had serious impact tonight. Not always clean but my god he is strong in contests and plays with great energy. Won't always star and will have his ups and downs yet but it's time to move on from Kelly, Corey and even Bartel playing so much in the midfield.
