I don't mind Green - struggled with no support at Brisbane but twice a leading goal kicker said there was something to work with. Neat little depth pick-up for Essendon.

His selfish style, lack of defensive running and how he used to turn up fitness wise after the off-season was his un-doing with us. Not to mention the $$$ he wanted. I wanted him to stay, but he was asking for far too much. Jake Barrett has served us a lot better in Green's role.

Shows glimpses of greatness but he'll continue to be an average sort going forward.
