Only need one mature small defender IMO.
Hough may end up back in defense. Ginbey looks set.
One of the NGA kids is a gun small defender.
And we need to draft a rebounding kicking half back.
Cole is good mature depth as is Duggan.
Bo Allen will develop off half back as well.
Agreed. While midfield and ruck are priority 1 and 2. Best 23 players who you can get in that age bracket and value should be a target. I prefer that then the Mitch Duncan playing link.
McVee is being targeted by Fremantle as a hybrid half back\winger.
Starcevich wants to play more midfield.
My take is that West Coast needs more players up to AFL level.

Yeah Ralphy said during the week McVee he is happy to stay in Vic. So will be interesting to see who he gets linked too. Nice plug and play for anyone.
Starcevich is only getting that opportunity as certain clubs. Will be an interesting trade if he does leave. North seem the perfect fit if he is happy to stay in defence.
Eagles have enough players who can play at the level. Need to fill the 24yo+ whole with nice budget buys and just need time and games into the players. They will get. Few back hopefully next year. Eventually they will play 4 quarters and not turn into witches hats for that 1 quarter each game.

We did the same last year so I'd say chances are pretty good?
About the same as north picking another vanilla mid in the top 10…tho no risk of that this year!

Probably the most overrated player in the game right now.
Hardly a miss. He looks goodish, occasionally good, mostly ok.

I think 2022 to 2024 he was very good. Top 10 in the BnF all years.
Missed the preseason this year, and has struggled a bit. I think he will bounce back next year.

McVee is a good player, can see bigger clubs (on the way down) over paying here.
Agree to disagree there, I really rate him. That leap and marking ability is very rare.

LDU is only as good as his last game, 41 & 1 at pace and a bit phroar is ok. Needs to tidy up his disposal and hurt factor to be truly elite but that shit ain't easy to do when you play for Norf.
