He's pretty much beat his opponent in every game. Been a big fan since early last year when I noticed his great leap and spoiling abilities. He's a very good rebounding defender who is supposedly as quick as Lids. Our defence is looking solid. Thursty is one of the most promising full backs in the league. King is a gun when playing on someone who isn't 3-4 inches taller. Schultz is taking his game to a new level. Mcmahon has played well in every game. Mcguane is a similar player to Moore. Go Tiges

Average player. Is very couragages, but he still needs to work on quite a few things yet though. Although I imagine if he can improve continually through the season he should get a nice little booster in his salary

I'm gonna jump on.

Today for the first time I heard that we have a "Young" backline, I didn't think we ever had youth in our team(According to the "Experts")

Thursty, McGuane, Schulz, Moore, King, White, and that is just our backmen!!!

The future is BRIGHT!

Very impressed this season. Proves what an injury free run can do for a young player.

Having a very strong back 6 is the most important aspect of a premiership side and ours has a lot of promise.

Thursfield, Rance and Schulz look like being our KP backmen for the next ten years. King, Moore, Mcguane round off a fast rebounding back 6 but apart from schulz are all very good defensively as well.

RG what would u suggest he should work on?

Everything...you can never be too good;)

But seriously, sometimes he can give away pretty easy free kicks and his kicking skills aren't the best. At his age he won't add much acceleration so I won't comment on that, but bassically these things.

I'm not saying he is a bad player I'm just saying he shouldn't coast inside our best 22 each week, he should instead be looking to be one of the players that Terry put's on in the team everyweek no matter what, like Newman, Richo or Foley

he is well on the way to being just that. and as for his kicking, appart from the odd clanger that nearly every player produces i would say he is quite skillful.

His kicking is fantastic, no need for improvement there.

Main thing is to find more of the ball without letting his opponent run wild; needs to balance more attack into his game without weakening his defence.

He could also use his pace more often to stream out of the D50 and up the ground, otherwise he is a player of few flaws.

I think a defensive player who is trying to cement his spot in the side should first aim to negate his direct opponent. Once he feels comortable and confident that he is doing it regularly he will start taking more educated risks similar to Newman, working his way into the middle and start exerting himself on the play there.

Have to admit ive been on the wagon since pre-season 2007 when Richmond played a trial game v collingwood in Mildura. Both Moore and McGuane really impressed me that day. Really looking forward to them both improving over the remander of the season

faaaaaarrrrk.....

how many countless times did I defend Moore and point out his worth to our team?

Bang bang ____ing bang!

Poor young Tambo shot at from all angles.

You all owe me a few beers each;)

Would definitely like to see a list of all the posters on here who called for him to be delisted not only at the end of last year, but the year before that.

Good to see he is starting to grow in confidence. Nice little don't argue against the Wiz yesterday was good to see. I know there are probably a lot tougher players to give a don't argue to, but it's good to see the confidence is on the rise.

Very accurate disposal by foot. Was very confident in him finding a target inside the fwd 50 during the latter stages of the game. Pretty sure that is one of the reasons Wallace pushed him up the ground later in the match.

Spoiling abilities seem to be improving with each week as well.

Would be very surprised if he didn't play almost every match for us this year.
