Good work Rooboy

Depending upon the structuring of the trust and what the distributions were going towards, it could (should) be made tax free. That would effectively mean that the distributions were going to capital items rather than revenue items in the same way the Ron Casey Foundation was to be set up. Don't take this as Gospel but I'm pretty sure we could structure that way. I would have to look at the documents relating to the Ron Casey Foundation (that never got off the ground)

If you need any help, send me a PM.

I would like to say that I have no idea what any of you number freaks are talking about ;) .

But, I have read your post Rooboy, and there is so much "accountant" speak it must be a good idea :D .

If I was was asked for idaes to raise cash for the club, my idea would have to involve a fast car, 4 shotguns, 4 ski masks and a bank :) .

The Ron Casey Foundation exists - if anyone wants to donate money to the club for tax purposes it can be done through the Australian Sports Commission with the money directed to the Ron Casey foundation.
