1. Please refer to the result of Geelong vs. Hawthorn.

2. Check again

3. Take in deep breath

4. Lean back

5. And.... smile.... (cry, laugh etc)

I have waiting for this since... well we all know when.

Yeah it was almost as good as a win for us given how tight the 8 is and the way the hawks have lifted. Thank you Bartel :thumbsu:

wat a bloody game loved it... as for us i hope we write own our destiny rather than relying on other teams to win or lose...

What a cracking game!!!!

Put all the Carlton players in room and just make them watch that over and over and over again.

I recall thinking as I watched the ferocity of the Saints/Cats match that if we had been involved in a game like that there wouldn't have been too many of our boys get off the ground alive let alone get a kick. We intimidate no-one.

Eddie is pretty scary when he gets angry Thy :P

R u for real? My brother and I sat back and cried in the second half that we chose Gibbs over Selwood. I'll be doing the same 2nite when Rich plays and I sit back and think about Yarran's stellar performace last night.

Gibbs is and will be a wonderful player yes selwood may be better but the Gibbs selection is fine.

The Yarran selection is a more pressing concern

All us Bendigo boys thought he was gunna go No. 1 since we were in probably year 8 or 9.

His bad knee put a mask over his real talent.

However Gibbs is still a gun, pull your finger out :P

How long is your dribble going to go on for??? :o

Your a deadset Flog and not a Carlton supporters ****hole

Why do I get the annoying feeling in my gut the Port Ferals will go out tommorow and beat the Crow-bots ???

When you start to rely on other teams stuffing up in order to make the finals, then you know we're in trouble.

To be honest, I only want us to make a finals spot through our own merits and 'keep on winning' games, I wouldn't want us to make the 8 if we did a 'Bradbury' and only got in on the basis of other teams falling over.

Well C_P, we have a final eight system.
Forget the fact of other teams stuffing up, because you know what, it works the same on the other side of the fence also.
You don't think Hawthorn and Essendon supporters were cheering for our loss?

The fact we are close to our team means that we scrutinise a loss very heavily and take on defeatest attitudes when a loss like last night occurs.
We forget about the shocking Hawthorn, Port Adelaide or Essendon losses very quickly but carry a heavy heart upon our own naturally enough.

It doesn't matter how we get there as long as we do.
A little mental correction, a few eager fit players back in the side and who knows.
