Got there early enough (9am) to watch Bower running laps at full tilt. Should be ok for next week. Brad Fisher also looks to be moving quite well as well. Some other guy was running laps but i didn't recognise him. looked at my carlton poster when i got home and it may have been rohan kerr.

The rumour about scotto is crap. He trained flat chat and looked sharp as did all of the players. the boys (senior team for tomorrow) trained for about 45 minutes with all the emergencies taking part (grigg, garlett, hadley and judd).

ground was quite slippery underfoot but the skills were excellent.

think that's Scotto hunched over with the black skins. photos are up on the CFC facebook

Swann on SEN this AM also said Scotty doing everything this week and not sure where the rumours come from. Clearly he doesn't read BF or he'd know EXACTLY where they come from. :D

sick of all the **** heads on this site coming in and posting "my mail" rubbish rumours.

Stop it for christ sake.

What ever happened to the training jumpers? Thats 2 weeks in a row now that there has been photos of the boys in the last training session before the game in their match jumpers.

That's great news re: Bower.

Look forward to him hopefully joining Judd next week - can't wait for these next 2 matches.

Most of today's training was based around body preperation me thinks. Forty mintues of kicking/handballing chain drills, ten minutes of shots at goal and then abou an hour of stretches and indoor stuff.

So not the 9 straight hours of goalkicking I would have prescribed? But I guess there _are_ reasons I'm not an AFL coach... at the moment.

You might find that the idea of training in game kit (albeit just jumpers) is a way to familiarise the players to reacting to the jumper.

Dosen't sound like much but it does help.
