He answers to and can have his employment terminated by an AFL appointed board. I'm not surprised he is in full AFL servitude mode.

George Fiacchi wasn't and he was engineered off the board.

Im not as down on KT as others here, but it does seem like its time for him to go.

Looking forward to 2021. Got a feeling we will get a big free agent at the end of this year, Ken will get sacked and KT stepping down.

Be a new era in 2021 with hopefully a gun young group with 30-50 games into them at that point with a couple of older heads still around.

and of course, a new coach.

Think Koch will stay until the end of 2021 then move on.
