Just on Kenny Magregor has anyone else been as pleasantly surprised by his form & effort since coming back into the AFL side as i have been, i must admit i have been one who in the past has been at a loss as to why we picked him up in the first place, but i guess i was wrong he looks like he could hold down chb for years to come,

Kenny has played well in the last two weeks . Good luck to him.
Three assets he does have are his hands and his ticker.

That mark back into a pack showed he has courage.

Ive been a critic of his in the past gee I hope hes's proving me wrong

He must be a quiet achiever. Can't understand why they chose him over Pavlich.....but he is one of the few Crows who can actually MARK THE BALL!!! .... alongside Mark Stevens.

Kenny is cool

I think Kenny is terrific. I am tired of everyone questioning his recruitment. Not only did tbe Crows miss out on Pav but so did 14 other sides.

I'm still to be convinced we missed out on anything special anyway.

McGregor is doing OK at CHB, in particular these past few weeks. Unobtrusive, but effective.

Last year when tried at CHF he would get hands on the ball often enough, but somehow he simply did not have the required quick enough reaction time. He was constantly getting caught with the ball just before he was going to give it off. Too slow.

I don't mean too slow physically, but too slow mentally. Too slow to dispose of the ball to advantage.

This is not such a problem at CHB. I think this is part of the reason why McGregor seems to be doing better there.

I too must eat a bit of humble pie with Kenny. I have been pleasantly suprised that he has been able to hold down CHB (as we can only win consistently with Stevo forward). Last year I was critical as he was always going to ground (I was calling him Humpty Dumpty), but this year he has been keeping his feet. He has always been a good solid mark & it is good to see him worrying more about the ball than the opposition. Like ok.crows I thought he was too slow mentally with his think time to dispose of the ball. Again this year he seems to be coming up to speed with the game & appears to be learning his craft @ CHB. His disposal has never really been a problem. Looks like he has become that tall marking backman we have always needed since Pitman's part-time role. Keep it up Kenny. :)
