This kind of repeated whining about hagdorn does nothing but reiterate the "Red Headed Stepson" syndrome some ( I repeat some ) Freo Supporters seem to be afflicted with.

On the subject of Hagdorn and his ilk, I don't think it is asking to much for the sports "journalists" in this state to provide decent and unbiased coverage of the teams, in this case Fremantle. Dishing up unsubstantiated drivel and trying to pass it off as reliable information each week is not reporting the facts, it is editorialising. It constitutes lazy journalism as no leg work is required and the so called facts can't be substantiated because the information is supposedly from "reliable sources" which cannot be verified. What I think actually annoys most people is not the fact that they bag Freo and try and pass bulltish off as reality, but the fact they actually get paid for it and present themselves as an authority on the game. I mean seriously, how many times have these clowns been wrong in regards to players coming and going from both teams. They know little more than what we do! Thats a fact!
 
OK let me throw a cat among the pigeons. Undoubtably the papers are wrong more than they are right unless they are reporting commonly known "news" or something after the fact. But if you throw enough darts every once in a while you will probably hit a bullseye and that seems to get them through till the next dart hits.Where WERE all the articles about Judd leaving? Anyway, Sandi's speech at the Doig night and a bit of gossip floating my way has made me nervous. I hope we have a very good year because the few guys that have been carrying this team have GOT to be getting sick of it and I think Sandi could be one of them especially when guys like Headland and Murphy keep getting contracts and they make Haze sweat, WTF? Not every player is as sainted as the Pav and they need to get Sandi's autograph on a contract asap because the local rags are going to do their very bestest to destabilize our efforts in any way possible. Oh yeah and why isn't 5 :eek: guys all wanting out of West Coast worthy of news when we only had 2 who weren't offered a contract anyway.And it was considered a mass exodus according to some rags. Tarrant leaving seems to have been a typical media beat up thankfully.

not worried at all about sandi leaving.

Can see he loves it here and is very thankfull for freo giving him the opportunity.
Everytime ive heard him speak he says he enjoys it here an doesnt want to go anywhere.
Can tell hes being honest.

unlike Judd everyone knew he was going it was only a matter of time, the eagles media an fans were the only ones who refused to pay any attention to it.
Could see the captaincy was like a bribe to try an get him to stay longer an anytime he was questioned about it and leaving u could see he wasnt being honest.

If you can view FTV they have all the speaches for the top 4 up there to view.

Basically Sandi said it wasn't a good year for the club and that most of the guys weren't happy about the perfomances. He went on to say that 6 wins for a season is unacceptable and that it would not be tolerated from within the playing group.

Stand up there and scream about how the media is biased, Murphy, Thorton and Dodd are hacks and should GTFO and the cross town rival is a drug infested den of iniquity that is behind every unsolved crime (and a few solved crimes blamed on others) in this fine city and that the anti-bikie laws should encompass Eagles team meetings.

I'm over seven feet but struggle with maths and football.

The last 14 winners of this medal have said what I'm about to say but I bet they didn't fart at the same time.
