KPP for 2005

There has been a lot of talk around the traps that we are after Lance Franklin in the draft- a stunningly talented aboriginal from the Perth club, and I hope that comes to fruition. However, there is also talk that we are a palyer from the TAC by the name Jarod Roughead, who again is supposed to be star material - a key defender and just what we need.
Here's hoping we end up with one of them.
I'll be keeping a close eye on the U18s championships which kick off this weekend.

I think its a cert that we will be drafting Mitch Morton with our 2nd rounder and i think Roughead will be a great player, theres plenty of rumors floating around down here that he is a player of the future. Whether he deserves a 1st round pick, time can only tell.

Why would we take Morton with our 2nd pick when we can take him as a Father/Son at our 3rd round pick?

Roughead and Franklin will go pretty early but there are a lot of talls and KPP options thia year so we will get one somewhere along the line.
