In the olden days they would have called that “awareness”It was a low hamstring strain just above the knee so usually they heal quicker.

Given it's his second hamstring for the year you'd think we'll have to be extra cautious and add on recovery time to try and avoid a third.

The club's sports medicos would be conservative with Shoota's rehab progression since it's a recurrence.

A tendon is the dire result but yeah a muscle being 5-6 is on the longer end of the scaleYep, almost the worst outcome possible for a hammy.
