I have Cameron Schwabb's work email address, i was considering posting it here however on second thought i think i'm prepared to do some leg work. If anyone wants to make their displeasure known to the club then they can e-mail my personal e-mail (roxy29@aapt.net.au) and i will colate all genuine emails into one petition style document and forward to the club, believe me i know they take notice of these types of things. Looking for real and genuine emails only, i will not forward anything containing pointless personal attacks or insults. This is dead serious, if you are passionate, and unhappy, then tell your club how you feel.

Great initiative dockshark! Will email something tomorrow. :thumbsu:

Just uploaded this week's superfooty.com.au Freo blog - might be up tonight, or at the latest tomorrow morning.

Is exactly on this subject.

Time for a grass roots campaign of some sort.... I don;t know how we exactly do it, but we have to tell them enough is ____ing enough

Well to be honest I think the club have started doing what they need to do -with Harvey in control ...

Play Some Kids
* We are playing the kids ..Palmer, Mayne, Hinkley, Foster, BOB all have seen game time - how does this compare with previous seasons?

* Also the second tier younger players - Ibbotson, Drum, (Warnock to some extent) - getting game time and proper roles.

Draft/Trade
* Last year we used our first 3 picks ...Palmer, Hinkley and Mayne - all addressing our major deficiency. The last 2 picks - OK not what i would ahve done but if Harves and the footy dept are going to screw around - then do it with rounds 4 & 5.

* Furthermore Harvey showed some balls in the Dons negotiations - this could be handy if we are trying to deal players at year end.

No Favourites
* WAFL games - Taz dropped, Black dropped, M Carr dropped, Peake dropped ...ever remember so many named players actually being dropped? Seriously - no one has ever done this from memory.

* Chances given - Murphy, Duffield, Gimore ....at the end of the season we will know if they are up to AFL standard or not?

Man I feel everyones frustration - it kills me too. I wasn't a fan of the Taz trade but I live with it. However Harvey has been running his program for a very limited time and as the old saying goes you learn more from a loss than a win. Well going on that Harvey I hope is learning a lot about our list.

On the bright side we all know that there is talent in this squad - Pavlich, Sandi, McPharlin and Hayden are top notch. Lots to like in Palmer, Ibbotson and Drum. Steady support from Grover, Dodd, Crowls, Farmer, Headland, MJ (original), Schammer, Solly and Thornton. (Hase inshallah)

This year is shaping as a swan song for some (M Carr, S McManus, L Webster and unfortunatley P Bell) - however lets ask and answer questions over the season about the likes of - Campbell, Murphy, Duffield, Dunn, Gilmore, Head, Murphy, Browne and Tarrant. Do they have a role? Can they perform it?

I'd be asking questions about the roles and willingness of Warnock, Black, J Carr and Peake to contribute to this team

I'd be throwing the likes of Dunn into the team - and saying you got 3 games ....play a role and lets find out.

The club knows this shit is not acceptable ...I expect the axe to swing.

On the bright side if we are going to go down like a bag of crap - lets do it early and answer some of these questions. In the next draft a repeat of using round 1,2 & 3 on kids will do nicely.

If Warnock wants to ____ off - use rounds 1,2,2 & 3 on the kids.

Freo you are a bitch to follow but I still love you with all my heart.

Yesterday I came to the realisation that I have been in love with someone who doesn't love me back. People have been telling me for years that I was besotted, I just couldn't see it.

I am shattered, and will be a shadow of my former self until the bitch comes back and gives me the love like I know she can.

Keep waiting. :p

Seriously, are there any other interesting sports on free to air at this time of year? Didn't think so. :(

Any way we get to find out their response or when you actually send it through to them dockshark?

At the moment i have had a miniscule number of emails so unless more people jump on board then it will be a right off. If people are unsure.....this is a serious initiative and it will look a lot more powerful coming in as one document than a whole lot of different emails imo.

I might as well put a few things here, that I'd like emailed.

Firstly, I'd like to know why the concept of "passion" is central to all of the marketing campaigns, when the players seem not to have any. And if the club is worried about a swathe of false advertising complaints based on this... especially from me.

Why any member should not be asking for their money back. If performance based pay is being considered for the rest of the year. And are the supporters going to see any sort of recompense for the deep shame felt, brought about by the playing group.

Probably most importantly, has any expense been spared when it comes to key support staff? The answer is clearly a resounding yes. I know for a fact the Dockers turned down WA's best sprints and power-lifting coach last year. The same one that the Eagle's used in the early 90s, and Woosha again got into the club when he was struggling with his team; a modification of the program is used by Geelong, and has seen Subi fitter, faster and stronger than the competition for years. Interesting that the Dockers have coincidentally been one of the slowest, if not the slowest team in the competition in the time the new fitness/ conditioning coach has been going.

So I guess the most important question is: why have the Dockers refused to admit someone into the club, who has arguably been the benchmark and best practice in Football for the last 20 years, in favour of experts without a track record in the trained for sport? Why hasn't the absolute and total success, or proven performance, moreso than any other expert in the field, been given any weighting? Especially when they come with references from half the coaches in the AFL! What does not taking the person with a record of complete success, say about the standards of the club?

I can only assume that's who he means too Lach. I for one am very, very pleased if the club has decided to stay well clear of him. Too many allegations and innuendo over the years to take any risks (wasn't he Capobianco's trainer too?)

Yes he was and when he was at the slime the Slime went from skinny bodies in1989 and then man mountains in 1990 in ver quick time.

Also do we have the culture "it's all about me, not we".
