Ok so as a bit of an ice cream connoisseur myself, there's actually a bit of a secret technique passed down from time immemorial on how to concoct the best icy treat.

Vanilla ice cream (personally recommend Bulla Creamy Classics Vanilla Ice Cream) into a bowl, a generous heaping of Milo on top. Anything else is trying too hard to be fancy and missing the core essence of ice cream.

The thing is no other variation gives you as many options on how to proceed either - eat it as is and enjoy the texture, or you can let it melt down a bit a get a nice thick, highly viscous consistency and enjoy it that way.

Buon appetito.
