Just think "what could a person behind the wheel of a plane which is about to crash into a building with over 25 000 occupants in it possibly be thinking in his final seconds of life"

Just think "what could the person(s) behind this attack possibly be thinking when they see the impact this has had on the world."

Just think that 24 hours ago two 100 storey buildings and a 50 story building stood in downtown manhattan are no longer there

Just think that 24 hours ago 50 000 people who walked the earth no longer do so, their lives cut tragically short for no reason of their own

And here we are squabbling about which football


Kinda puts things into perspective

I not trying to start an argument here but are you sure it's the saddest day in American history. I not trying play down the tragedy that happened yesterday, however maybe the Civil war or Slavery might be the saddest part of American history. Although they happened over extended periods of time.
